Description
This was a set design which I was also the lead scenic artist for in college. Pirandello's "Henry IV," Theatre AUM, Montgomery, AL, 1993. Overview of the stage floor showing marbelized-tile effect. (I was tickled when some old biddies, after a performance, had to come to the edge of the stage floor and actually bend over and touch it to see if it was real marble!)
My good buddy Scott Butcher did the lighting for this one; we would later reverse those roles for an enthusiastic production of "Amadeus."
